Warehouse Coordinator
Your main responsibilities
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the organization, management, and efficient operation of warehouse facilities and inventory systems. This role serves as a key operations professional managing material handling, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and logistical coordination for field operations. The position balances administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse operations, supporting service delivery across all department functions while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and housekeeping.
- Pick, pack, and stage materials, tools, and equipment for field technicians and project start-ups.
- Monitor stock levels, process purchase requisitions, and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and consumables.
- Arrange and execute deliveries to job sites, selecting safe and efficient routes and operating company vehicles and trailers.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, fleet vehicles, rental equipment, and safety devices in SAP and MS Office.
- Support health and safety initiatives, ISO requirements, and company quality standards in all warehouse activities.
- Partner with supervisors and field teams on special projects and process improvements.
What you bring
- Post-secondary education, preferably in a technical or logistics-related field.
- Valid appropriate driver’s licence.
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, construction, or field service environment is an asset.
- Proficiency with MS Office; SAP or similar ERP experience is an advantage.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading/unloading, and standing/walking for extended periods.
