Branch Technical Manager

Mobility is the goal

We have an opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager to join our team based in Perth. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for developing a technical workforce. You will work within a dynamic and successful team with an impressive client list and with the support of a strong management structure.

Key accountabilities for the role include:

  • Ensuring first line technical support operations and management of the local technical team
  • Aiding the supply, installation, commission and client hand over of the most reliable equipment and service in the industry
  • Development of local field employees technical competence
  • Assisting and build the technical knowledge database

Mobility needs you

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to provide direction and take responsibility for decisions and actions of your team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence others and build strong relationships
  • Proven experience presenting technical training across all levels of an organisation
  • Understanding of assessment techniques and methodologies
  • Good technical understanding and working knowledge of the "Lift Code" AS1735 and related standards
  • At least 10 years lift industry experience
  • Relevant technical qualifications either tertiary or trade in electrical disciplines
