Territory Vice President
Your main responsibilities
We are seeking a Vice President, Territory Operations to lead all business activities across assigned geographic regions including PA, CT, and Upstate NY. You’ll be responsible for leading all sales, installation, service, and modernization activities across the region. This leadership role will be accountable for achieving territory P&L objectives, driving operational excellence, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
This position can be based in the greater Philadelphia, Boston, Connecticut, or Upstate New York areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute territory strategy to achieve financial, operational, and strategic business objectives
- Provide executive leadership to a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on engagement, accountability, and talent development
- Drive customer experience strategy and build strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders
- Oversee field operations performance, including installation productivity, service quality, reliability, and profitability across product lines
- Develop and manage territory budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control
- Establish best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and field execution
- Lead labor relations strategy and promote a positive, participative business environment aligned with company values
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Broad knowledge of products and their applications, including installation and service methods and procedures
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret financial statements and understand contractual terms and conditions
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience, including responsibility for a full P&L within an industrial or related environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade stakeholders both internally and externally
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
