Join us as a

Area Manager - New Installation

 

Your main responsibilities

Oversee the on-site installation and modernization activities, ensuring all projects adhere to established schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Coordinate and manage installation resources, delegating tasks to Fitters for the precise assembly of electrical and mechanical components incl. financial steering.

- Provide technical guidance to field teams, resolving any issues that arise during installations to maintain project continuity and quality.

- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with operational policies, safety procedures, and high-quality standards.

- Ensure all installation documentation, including project plans, inspection reports, and compliance records, are accurately maintained and submitted in a timely manner.

- Communicate effectively and collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables and maintain sustainable customer relationships and push supplementary sales.

- Lead and mentor installation teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while addressing any team or individual performance issues.

 

What you bring

Qualification: Degree/Diploma Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronics)  

 

Professional Experience :

- At least 5 years in elevator or manufacturing industry with excellent project management and people skills.
