Group Leader- New Installation (Supervisor)
Your main responsibilities
The Area/Asst. Manager – New Installations creates operational added value through the management of the installation process to meet the business targets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Plan and distribute work assignment in the team in charge in accordance with both demand and company procedures.
• Supervise and control the execution of new installation and modernizations works, methods, materials and documentation.
• Develop resource planning including objectives, costs, scheduling, resource and capacity, quality and safety assurance.
• Manage customer communication and compliance with Fulfillment Plus process.
• Manage tasks to achieve the objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the works.
What you bring
For the Supervisor position, Schindler seeks people with:
Expertise Desired experience in elevator and escalator industry for overall 10 years and preferably 3 years in leading teams and installation.
Knowledge and Skills Desired E&E product knowledge, safety procedures knowledge, organization and planning skills, people management skills, customer oriented behavior, Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering. MBA (preferred)
