Join us as a
Manager - Existing Installation (Commercial)
Your main responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments of existing elevator, escalator, and moving walk
installations to identify modernization opportunities and develop tailored upgrade
proposals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and technical service teams to design and
deliver high-quality, customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients
across various building types.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets by leveraging in-depth knowledge of market trends
and competitive landscape, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key personas including customers,
engineering teams, technical service teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to
ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage
with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and collaboration for successful
project outcomes.

Professional Experience :
- Exposure to the Service Business
- Managed "Service" Sales for a systems-driven company for at least 2 years.
