Existing Installation Supervisor
We Elevate ..... Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise, Lead and Motivate teams of Maintenance Technicians, Call back technicians, Field Engineers, Repair Engineers etc.
- Liaise with EI Manager on a weekly basis, to ensure any issues are raised, discussed and overcome as required.
- Review Repair request with technicians and ensure offer creation.
- Review outstanding repair orders with the Repair team to ensure accurate scheduling and completion of all repairs.
- Fulfill monthly safety activity and have a team meeting with all Technicians Engineers and Helpers. To discuss any issues, they may have in an open forum.
- Take all necessary action immediately and report all accidents or Incidents related to Persons / Lifting Equipment.
- Focus on fulfillment/Maintenance quality by activating service planning and routs optimization to minimize traveling time and enhancing team efficiency.
- Monitor & review calls backs on a daily basis and ensure that technicians are compliant with call back codes (SCS) A.B.C.
- Follow up and ensure the execution of CPSI 1Year/5 Years, NCs Closing on time
- Focus on customer satisfaction in order to minimize number of detractors and ensure completion of CSS on time
- Monitor and take corrective actions to reduce number of sick units
- Any other related responsibilities and duties requested by line Manager
Mobility needs you
We Elevate.... Your Background:
- Desired bachelor’s degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Desired Organization and Planning skills, elevator and escalator industry knowledge, safety procedures knowledge, IT skills.
- Desired experience in maintenance and leading teams in elevator and escalator or construction industries for at least three years.
- MS office and SAP System
- Excellenet Leadership Skills.
