Your main responsibilities

- Duties include executing call-backs, taking over on-call service, responding to customer concerns promptly, and conducting periodic safety inspections to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence.

- Technical precision, adherence to industry standards, and commitment to continuous improvement are essential to the overall responsibilities.

- All activities are performed under some guidance from a direct manager, with individual accountability for daily task completion.

- Execute call-backs on existing elevator installations, promptly addressing customer concerns to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

- Conduct periodic safety inspections on elevators to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions as necessary.

- Perform intricate repair tasks on elevator systems, including troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems issues with high technical precision and adherence to industry standards.

- Interact with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions, maintaining a professional demeanor and fostering a positive customer experience.

- Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and engineers to share insights and coordinate efforts on more complex repair and service tasks, ensuring efficient resolution and continuous improvement.

 

What you bring

Qualification: Diploma / ITI

 

Professional Experience : Freshers accepted / Max 10 years experience in the role
