Wire Specialist Custom

 

Your main responsibilities

•    Assemble and wire elevator fixtures as directed.
•    To be familiar with the various standard components which are used in the assembly and wiring functions.
•    To be able to perform assembly and wiring duties from details provided on Engineering drawings, PDF files and wiring charts.
•    Each wireman is to examine his/her own finished work to ascertain that it has been assembled and wired according to all the direction provided.
•    When moving completed jobs to next operation such as testing, shipping or final inspection make sure it has been assembled and wired according to all the directions provided.
•    To maintain his/her own work area in a clean and safe professional condition.
•    To maintain company-provided tools in safe condition, secure such tools in a lockable toolbox provided for that purpose.
•    To perform all assembly and wiring work in an efficient, professional manner.
•    To meet company Quality standards in all work.
•    To maintain an acceptable level of productivity.
•    Follow all company Safety rules and regulations.
•    To be capable of reading, receiving instructions and communicating in English.
•    The employee is frequently required to stand; walk primarily on a level surface; sit; use hands and arms to write type and reach above shoulder heights, below the waist or lift as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. The employee must frequently lift 25-40 pounds and/or move up to 40 pounds (team lift).

 

What you bring

  • High school graduate
  • ELEC/MECH Engineering, drawing and BOM
  • Manufacturing process, equipment, routing
  • Multiple task management and project management
  • Problem solving skills or lean six sigma

Base Salary 25.00$- $26.66/hour

The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include commissions or longer-term incentives.

Salary range may differ based on the final geographic location of the position.
