Office Administrator

About the role

As an Office Administrator, you will become a member of our Wellington Service team and will carry out front and back office supports. You will work closely with the Service Manager and wider team to ensure the smooth flow of communication between our valued customers and field staff. Your organisational skills, attention to detail and confident/positive communication skills will be key to interact with colleagues, subcontractors, suppliers, customers and consultants. We are looking for an energetic team player that can hit the ground running. Responsibilities include: logging jobs, completing inspection reports and other administrative tasks.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally two years service administration experience - engineering, industrial, construction preferred
  • Confident / positive person who thrives in a busy and dynamic work environment
  • Attention to detail - excellent organizational/time management skills
  • Ability to deal with multiple queries and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) / interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office suite (excel, word)
  • Experience in working with SAP would be desirable.
  • Have appropriate NZ work visa, residency or citizenship, and currently is in New Zealand
