For our Global Legal & Compliance team, we are looking for an experienced attorney to support Schindler’s global growth agenda. In this role, you will work on M&A transactions, advise on anti-trust and competition law, and help translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance for the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Support M&A transactions from early structuring through due diligence, contract documentation, negotiations, merger control and post-closing integration
• Advise on antitrust and competition law across Schindler's business, including new installations, existing installations, modernization, repairs, sourcing/procurement, supply chain, and digital activities
• Work with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and authorities worldwide on merger control, investigations, and other regulatory or corporate law matters
• Provide practical legal input on external communication, competitive positioning in transactions and beyond, and other business-critical initiatives
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their implications for transactions, business operations, and strategy
• Develop targeted, user-friendly trainings, guidelines and best practices that help business teams apply legal and compliance requirements effectively
